EVENT : STP BATCH 10 MINI GRADUATION

One of the attractive things in Edmark is the education system; an education system set up to inform for as the say goes, when you are informed, you are transformed. To give such information to people, there is need of people who are trained and graduated from the Edmark University of Success. Due to the increase in number of Togo Edmark distributors, new speakers were trained and had their mini graduation last Friday 28^th September; it was STP batch 10.

The training started the 17^th September with eight attendees. The trainers were R.M. Céphas LAWSON, E.M. Félicité KEKU and D.M. Marius BAGNY. During 10 days, the attendees were taught speakers’ skills, how to be good speakers and also the Edmark code of ethics. Moreover, the trainers took time to explain to them the profile of the company, its history, marketing plan and all the products were also explained.

After five days of training and presentation of the candidates, three of them could not continue the training. The five remaining made their way through improvement of their presentations. Convinced about their determination and skills to be speakers, they were able to reach the mastering session; and last Friday 28^th was the final day; the mini graduation. The day was outstanding. After a special module on personal development presented by R.M. Céphas LAWSON the mini graduation took place.

One after the other, the candidates were called to be given their special awards. The most outstanding award went to Mrs. NYA Ephzibah, the most punctual to TCHALIM Luc, nicknamed Doctor Luc, the most  participative to Mrs. AMOUZOU Thèrese, the most determined to M. NYA Martin, the most energetic to Mrs. Evelyne GUEZODJE.

Having understood the four pillars of Edmark one of which is gratitude, the candidates offered to each of their three trainers a special gift as sign of gratitude for taking their time to teach them all this while.

In an atmosphere of joy and excitement, the candidates hoping to succeed in their OJT, shared cakes and drinks.

The mini graduation ended with prayers at 4:30.

Congratulations to all our graduates and thanks to our T3 three trainers.

L’une des choses attrayantes en Edmark, c’est le système d’éducation, un système d’éducation mis en place pour informer ; car comme le dit le dicton, lorsque vous êtes informés, vous êtes transformés. Pour donner de telles informations aux gens, il faut des gens qui sont formés et diplômés de l’université de succès d’Edmark.

A cause du nombre croissant des distributeurs d’Edmark Togo, de nouveaux orateurs ont été formés et eu leur mini-graduation ce Vendredi dernier 28 Septembre, c’était STP batch 10.

La formation a commencé le 17 Septembre, avec huit participants. Les formateurs étaient R.M. Céphas LAWSON, E.M. Félicité KEKU et D.M. Marius BAGNY. Pendant dix jours, les participants ont appris les qualités d’orateurs, comment être de bons orateurs et également le code d’éthique d’Edmark. Par ailleurs, les formateurs ont pris le temps de leur expliquer le profil de la compagnie, l’historique, le plan marketing et tous les produits ont également été expliqués.

Après cinq jours de formation et de présentation des candidats, trois d’entre eux étaient éliminés. Les cinq autres se sont battus en améliorant leurs présentations. Convaincu de leur détermination et leurs qualités pour devenir des orateurs, ils ont réussi à atteindre la session de mastering, et le Vendredi passé 28 était le dernier jour ; la graduation mini. La journée a été exceptionnelle. La mini graduation  eut lieu après un module spécial sur le développement personnel présenté par RM Céphas LAWSON.

L’un après l’autre, tous les candidats furent invités pour recevoir chacun un titre spécial. Le prix du plus excellent est allé à Mme NYA Ephzibah, le plus ponctuel à TCHALIM Luc, surnommé Docteur Luc, le plus participatif à Mme AMOUZOU Thérèse, le plus déterminé à M. NYA Martin, et le plus énergique à Mme Evelyne GUEZODJE.

Ayant compris les quatre piliers d’Edmark dont l’un est la gratitude, les candidats offrirent à chacun de leurs trois formateurs un cadeau spécial en signe de gratitude envers ces formateurs qui ont usé de leurs temps pour leur enseigner.

Dans une atmosphère de joie, les candidats dans l’espoir de réussir dans leur OJT, se partagèrent des gâteaux et des boissons.

La graduation pris fin avec des prières à 4:30.

Félicitations à tous nos nouveaux orateurs et merci à nos trois formateurs T3.

Education is the progressive discovery of our own ignorance. Sometimes we need to educate ourselves other times we need to have people educate us, the most important thing is that, you to be educated ,With this, Edmark International has deemed it necessary to support its noble and outstanding distributors  by giving them  concrete education, ,because we believe that education is the key to everything .

Edmark Togo conducted another successful System Training program or “STP” Batch 7. The training started on 27^th February ,With a total number of 10 applicant ,who were willing to be part of the training and become speakers of Edmark. They all passed the interview and were allowed to take part of the 10 days training, One could tell how excited this trainees were just after the first day of orientation ,

Nevertheless the training itself started the following day with our powerful trainer EM David AGBEKOH  ,the first phase of the training  lasted for five days .All the trainees were given the opportunity to present the modules ,Only five past to the next stage of the training “Mastery” . They showed total commitment throughout the training. The ten days of extensive training came to successful end on the  9^th March 2012. All the five trainees  were given a bombastic  mini graduation .Special awards were given to the best trainees in class to show appreciation of their brilliant participation and among them who had been recognized are ,Mr. BAWERMA –MOST DETERMINED ,SAMA RECHELE – MOST PARTICIPATIVE & MOST ENERGETIC ,Mr.WOAMEDE – MOST PUNCTUAL ,Mr.DZAHLIE –MOST RESEARCHER and Mr. AGBO NOEL –MOST OUTSTANDING ,

The mini-graduation took place the last day of the training that is the 9^th March in a happy atmosphere. The mini graduation was organized by  the marketing department. Dance, joy and degustation of a local food called “koliko” (fried yams), drinks and biscuits ended the day. Now EDMARK TOGO is endowed with another five (5) outstanding and potential speakers.

L’éducation est  la découverte progressive de notre propre ignorance. Certaines fois, nous avons besoin de nous auto-éduquer et d’autres fois, nous avons besoin que d’autres nous éduquent. La chose la plus importante est que nous soyons éduqués. Pour cela, Edmark International a jugé nécessaire de soutenir ses nobles et excellents distributeurs en leur donnant une éducation concrète. Car nous croyons que l’éducation est la clef de toute chose.

Edmark Togo a encore mené à terme un autre (le 7^ème) programme de formation des orateurs. La formation débuta le 27 Février 2012 avec un nombre total de dix (10) candidats désireux suivre la formation et devenir des orateurs de EDMARK. Les candidats réussirent tous à l’interview et furent autorisés à suivre la formation qui devait durer 10 jours. Dès le premier jour d’orientation l’on pouvait lire en eux la détermination et la motivation.

Toutefois la formation proprement dite commença le jour suivant avec un puissant formateur au nom d’EM David AGBEKOH. L’opportunité fut offerte à tous les candidats de présenter les modules. Cinq candidats seulement sur les 10 ont réussi à passer à l’étape suivante qui est le mastering training. Ils montrèrent un engagement total au cours de la formation.

Les 10 jours de la formation intensive vinrent à terme le 09 mars 2012. Tous les cinq participants restant reçurent une intéressante mini graduation. Des prix exceptionnels ont été décernés aux meilleurs candidats pour apprécier leur brillante participation. Parmi eux il y avait M. BAWERINA  qui reçut la qualification « du plus déterminé », Mme SAMA Rachel ‘la plus participative et la plus énergétique’, M. WOAMEDE ‘ le plus ponctuel’, M. DZAHLIE ‘le plus chercheur’  et M. Noel AGBO ‘le plus exceptionnel’.

La mini-graduation qui fut organisée avec l’aide du département de marketing d’Edmark eut lieu le dernier jour de la formation c’est-à-dire le 9 mars. Dance, joie et dégustation d’un plat local appelé ‘Koliko’ (ignames frites) avec des boissons et biscuits terminèrent la journée.

Maintenant, Edmark Togo est doté de cinq autres orateurs hors ligne.
