EVENT : STP BATCH 10 MINI GRADUATION

One of the attractive things in Edmark is the education system; an education system set up to inform for as the say goes, when you are informed, you are transformed. To give such information to people, there is need of people who are trained and graduated from the Edmark University of Success. Due to the increase in number of Togo Edmark distributors, new speakers were trained and had their mini graduation last Friday 28^th September; it was STP batch 10.

The training started the 17^th September with eight attendees. The trainers were R.M. Céphas LAWSON, E.M. Félicité KEKU and D.M. Marius BAGNY. During 10 days, the attendees were taught speakers’ skills, how to be good speakers and also the Edmark code of ethics. Moreover, the trainers took time to explain to them the profile of the company, its history, marketing plan and all the products were also explained.

After five days of training and presentation of the candidates, three of them could not continue the training. The five remaining made their way through improvement of their presentations. Convinced about their determination and skills to be speakers, they were able to reach the mastering session; and last Friday 28^th was the final day; the mini graduation. The day was outstanding. After a special module on personal development presented by R.M. Céphas LAWSON the mini graduation took place.

One after the other, the candidates were called to be given their special awards. The most outstanding award went to Mrs. NYA Ephzibah, the most punctual to TCHALIM Luc, nicknamed Doctor Luc, the most  participative to Mrs. AMOUZOU Thèrese, the most determined to M. NYA Martin, the most energetic to Mrs. Evelyne GUEZODJE.

Having understood the four pillars of Edmark one of which is gratitude, the candidates offered to each of their three trainers a special gift as sign of gratitude for taking their time to teach them all this while.

In an atmosphere of joy and excitement, the candidates hoping to succeed in their OJT, shared cakes and drinks.

The mini graduation ended with prayers at 4:30.

Congratulations to all our graduates and thanks to our T3 three trainers.

L’une des choses attrayantes en Edmark, c’est le système d’éducation, un système d’éducation mis en place pour informer ; car comme le dit le dicton, lorsque vous êtes informés, vous êtes transformés. Pour donner de telles informations aux gens, il faut des gens qui sont formés et diplômés de l’université de succès d’Edmark.

A cause du nombre croissant des distributeurs d’Edmark Togo, de nouveaux orateurs ont été formés et eu leur mini-graduation ce Vendredi dernier 28 Septembre, c’était STP batch 10.

La formation a commencé le 17 Septembre, avec huit participants. Les formateurs étaient R.M. Céphas LAWSON, E.M. Félicité KEKU et D.M. Marius BAGNY. Pendant dix jours, les participants ont appris les qualités d’orateurs, comment être de bons orateurs et également le code d’éthique d’Edmark. Par ailleurs, les formateurs ont pris le temps de leur expliquer le profil de la compagnie, l’historique, le plan marketing et tous les produits ont également été expliqués.

Après cinq jours de formation et de présentation des candidats, trois d’entre eux étaient éliminés. Les cinq autres se sont battus en améliorant leurs présentations. Convaincu de leur détermination et leurs qualités pour devenir des orateurs, ils ont réussi à atteindre la session de mastering, et le Vendredi passé 28 était le dernier jour ; la graduation mini. La journée a été exceptionnelle. La mini graduation  eut lieu après un module spécial sur le développement personnel présenté par RM Céphas LAWSON.

L’un après l’autre, tous les candidats furent invités pour recevoir chacun un titre spécial. Le prix du plus excellent est allé à Mme NYA Ephzibah, le plus ponctuel à TCHALIM Luc, surnommé Docteur Luc, le plus participatif à Mme AMOUZOU Thérèse, le plus déterminé à M. NYA Martin, et le plus énergique à Mme Evelyne GUEZODJE.

Ayant compris les quatre piliers d’Edmark dont l’un est la gratitude, les candidats offrirent à chacun de leurs trois formateurs un cadeau spécial en signe de gratitude envers ces formateurs qui ont usé de leurs temps pour leur enseigner.

Dans une atmosphère de joie, les candidats dans l’espoir de réussir dans leur OJT, se partagèrent des gâteaux et des boissons.

La graduation pris fin avec des prières à 4:30.

Félicitations à tous nos nouveaux orateurs et merci à nos trois formateurs T3.

Education is the progressive discovery of our own ignorance. Sometimes we need to educate ourselves other times we need to have people educate us, the most important thing is that, you to be educated ,With this, Edmark International has deemed it necessary to support its noble and outstanding distributors  by giving them  concrete education, ,because we believe that education is the key to everything .

Edmark Togo conducted another successful System Training program or “STP” Batch 7. The training started on 27^th February ,With a total number of 10 applicant ,who were willing to be part of the training and become speakers of Edmark. They all passed the interview and were allowed to take part of the 10 days training, One could tell how excited this trainees were just after the first day of orientation ,

Nevertheless the training itself started the following day with our powerful trainer EM David AGBEKOH  ,the first phase of the training  lasted for five days .All the trainees were given the opportunity to present the modules ,Only five past to the next stage of the training “Mastery” . They showed total commitment throughout the training. The ten days of extensive training came to successful end on the  9^th March 2012. All the five trainees  were given a bombastic  mini graduation .Special awards were given to the best trainees in class to show appreciation of their brilliant participation and among them who had been recognized are ,Mr. BAWERMA –MOST DETERMINED ,SAMA RECHELE – MOST PARTICIPATIVE & MOST ENERGETIC ,Mr.WOAMEDE – MOST PUNCTUAL ,Mr.DZAHLIE –MOST RESEARCHER and Mr. AGBO NOEL –MOST OUTSTANDING ,

The mini-graduation took place the last day of the training that is the 9^th March in a happy atmosphere. The mini graduation was organized by  the marketing department. Dance, joy and degustation of a local food called “koliko” (fried yams), drinks and biscuits ended the day. Now EDMARK TOGO is endowed with another five (5) outstanding and potential speakers.

L’éducation est  la découverte progressive de notre propre ignorance. Certaines fois, nous avons besoin de nous auto-éduquer et d’autres fois, nous avons besoin que d’autres nous éduquent. La chose la plus importante est que nous soyons éduqués. Pour cela, Edmark International a jugé nécessaire de soutenir ses nobles et excellents distributeurs en leur donnant une éducation concrète. Car nous croyons que l’éducation est la clef de toute chose.

Edmark Togo a encore mené à terme un autre (le 7^ème) programme de formation des orateurs. La formation débuta le 27 Février 2012 avec un nombre total de dix (10) candidats désireux suivre la formation et devenir des orateurs de EDMARK. Les candidats réussirent tous à l’interview et furent autorisés à suivre la formation qui devait durer 10 jours. Dès le premier jour d’orientation l’on pouvait lire en eux la détermination et la motivation.

Toutefois la formation proprement dite commença le jour suivant avec un puissant formateur au nom d’EM David AGBEKOH. L’opportunité fut offerte à tous les candidats de présenter les modules. Cinq candidats seulement sur les 10 ont réussi à passer à l’étape suivante qui est le mastering training. Ils montrèrent un engagement total au cours de la formation.

Les 10 jours de la formation intensive vinrent à terme le 09 mars 2012. Tous les cinq participants restant reçurent une intéressante mini graduation. Des prix exceptionnels ont été décernés aux meilleurs candidats pour apprécier leur brillante participation. Parmi eux il y avait M. BAWERINA  qui reçut la qualification « du plus déterminé », Mme SAMA Rachel ‘la plus participative et la plus énergétique’, M. WOAMEDE ‘ le plus ponctuel’, M. DZAHLIE ‘le plus chercheur’  et M. Noel AGBO ‘le plus exceptionnel’.

La mini-graduation qui fut organisée avec l’aide du département de marketing d’Edmark eut lieu le dernier jour de la formation c’est-à-dire le 9 mars. Dance, joie et dégustation d’un plat local appelé ‘Koliko’ (ignames frites) avec des boissons et biscuits terminèrent la journée.

Maintenant, Edmark Togo est doté de cinq autres orateurs hors ligne.

La Joie et le bonheur ne se trouvent pas dans les choses mais plutôt en nous. Jusqu’à ce que vous réalisiez cela, vous ne pouvez pas apprécier ce que vous êtes. Ce fut une réalité que les edmarkers au Togo se sont réunis pour apporter la joie et le bonheur en eux alors que nous célébrions une colorée et superbe fête de fin d’année conjuguée avec les Finales mensuelles du P4 et la mini reconnaissance STP de la 6^ème promotion.

Tout a commencé avec une Grande Campagne d’Adhésion “Grand MDR”. Ce fut essentiellement pour présenter l’occasion d’affaires aux invités. Notre Manager Diamant éternellement brillant Marius Bagny “Orateur du jour”, a expliqué dans les détails les avantages des produits de l’entreprise en insistant sur deux produits principaux, le Shake-off phyto fibre et le MRT (Thérapie de remplacement de repas). Parlant au cours de l’événement,  DM Marius dit «Il est important de garder le côlon propre afin d’avoir une vie saine et heureuse et Shake-off phyto fiber est le meilleur complément alimentaire que l’on peut utiliser pour obtenir son côlon nettoyé à fond ».Il a en outre expliqué l’importance de la Thérapie de Remplacement de Repas en informant tous de prendre soin de leur alimentation et de leur poids. Il a conclu avec ” Le plan marketing à Double Bonus d’Edmark”. Cette partie de la présentation a vraiment attiré l’attention des invités car ils étaient tous étonnés de la manière dont Edmark donne des gains jusqu’à 71% de bonus, le plus élevé dans l’industrie du MLM aujourd’hui, du Profit en Détail jusqu’au Fond de Maison.

Pas étonnant que CM Solizama Goungou avait beaucoup à dire dans son témoignage sur le revenu : « Edmark  paie vraiment bien. Avec Edmark on est assuré de sa santé et aussi d’avoir la liberté financière», a déclaré le Manager Couronné.

Il était temps de reconnaître les réalisations de notre finale mensuelle P4. Cela a été fait dans un style unique, chaque candidate P4 a défilé jusqu’à la scène. Les candidates ont ensuite exécuté une dance formidable au rythme d’une musique populaire. Ils ont été tout simplement remarquable vu l’amusement du public, certains ne pouvaient pas simplement s’asseoir et regarder, mais plutôt se joindre à eux pour danser. En fin, des récompenses ont été donné aux candidates P4. Troisième Prix : Afi Agbedoga, Deuxième Prix : Ama Pilande et le Premier Prix : Dodji Télé Agbodjan. L’émotion était très forte lorsque  Dodji Télé, la gagnante de la finale mensuelle P4 a partagé l’histoire de sa vie avant de se lancer sur le programme P4.

David Agbekoh a conseillé aux distributeurs de rester concentrés en faisant leurs business : « Edmark a un avenir prometteur pour tous ». Il a fait cette déclaration audacieuse avant la mini reconnaissance de la 6^ème Promotion STP.
La reconnaissance mini qui faisait également partie de l’agenda de la journée a été douce mais pourtant excellent moyen de reconnaître nos diplômés. Tout le monde était très excité de voir la nouvelle promotion de potentiels orateurs. Le seul Crown du Togo, CM Solizama Goungou a également fait partie des diplômés.

La partie la plus attendue, c’est la fête de fin d’année elle-même. Cette partie était vraiment emballée avec des activités ludiques. Tellement de variétés de jeux ont été joués : la dance avec des chaises, Le Quiz Edmark, La courses des bonbons et la dance en arrêt. Tous les participants ont apprécié les jeux. Des prix spéciaux ont été remis aux gagnants et des prix de consolation pour tous ceux qui y ont participé.
Presque tout le monde lors de l’événement a eu quelque chose à ramener à la maison. La Tirée de la Tombola a été faite et les gens ont remporté des prix impressionnants : Des Sure Cut Knife d’Edmark et Les Ceramix Edmark. Ce fut en effet une saison de partage et d’amour. 215 invités et distributeurs ont de nouveau uni à l’esprit de gratitude, d’Abondance, d’Amour et de Compassion …. Edmark international ooOoo! Ouiiiii!!!

Joy or Happiness is not in things but it is in us. Until you realize this, you cannot appreciate what you are. This was made a reality as edmarkers in Togo came together to bring the Joy and the happiness in them as we celebrate a colorful and a superb End of year party. The party was in cooperated with P4 monthly Finals and the STP batch 6 mini recognition.

It all began with an outstanding Grand  Membership Drive Rally  “MDR”. This was mainly to  introduce the business opportunity to the guests , as our ever shining Diamond Manager Marius Bagny “Speaker “explained into details the benefits of the company’s foods supplement  ,emphasizing on two main products  Shake- off phyto Fiber and Meal Replacement Therapy MRT. Speaking at the event DM Marius said “. It is important to keep the colon clean so as to live a healthy and a happy life “and Shake-off phyto fiber is the best food supplement that one can use to get his colon thoroughly cleaned. He further more went to explain the important of  the Meal Replacement Therapy as he advised all to take care of their  diet and weight , He concluded with the  “Edmark Double Bonus Marketing Plan”  ,This part  of the presentation really caught the attention of the guest ,they were all amazed about how Edmark is giving out up to 71%  bonus  payout ,the highest in the MLM industry today, ,from Retail Profit  to the House Fund.

No wonder CM Solizama Goungou had a lot to say in his Income testimony, “Edmark is really paying good , with edmark one is assured of his health and also financial freedom” said the crown manager.

It was time to recognize the achievement of our P4 monthly finals ,this was done in a unique style ,all contestant of the P4 ,modeled to the stage, gave out a showpiece of their  wonderful intermission number ,,by a popular song. They were just outstanding to the amusement of the audience. Some could not just sit and watch but rather join them to dance , awards were  giving out to the P4 contestant. First runner up Ama Pilande, Second runner up Afi Agbedoga and the winner Dodji Télé Agbodjan. A remarkable and a sensational product  testimony   was witnessed as Dodji Télé , the winner of the P4 monthly finals shared her life story before embarking  on the P4 program.

David Agbekoh had adviced distributors to stay focused in doing their business , “Edmark has a promising future for everyone. “  he made the bold statement before the mini recognition of the STP batch 6  

The mini recognition which was also part of the agenda of the day was smooth but yet excellent way to recognize our graduates. Everyone was really excited to see the new batch of potential speakers. Togo’s only Crown manager Solizama Goungou was also part of the graduates.

The most anticipated part of the occasion that everyone was waiting for ,is the end of year party itself. This part was really packed with so much fun activities ,varieties of games were played ,this includes dancing, Chop your candy and Find your chair !!.. All participants of the games enjoyed it. Prizes were given to winners and consolation prizes to all who participated.

Almost everyone at the event got something to take home. Raffle draws were made and people won awesome prizes. This includes pieces of sure cut knife and Edmark ceramix. It was indeed a season of sharing and love. 215 guest and distributors  were once again united  with the spirit of Gratitude, Abundance ,Love and Compassion ….Edmark International ooOOO !! YesSS !!

Social Day du 23 Juillet 2011

Le Samedi 23 Juillet, l’esplanade de l’Hôtel Todman á Lomé, une fois encore fut retenue pour le Cinquième  Social Day de l’histoire d’Edmark Togo qui bientôt fêtera son tout premier anniversaire.

Ce cinquième Social Day eut une allure plutôt particulière car il fut la combinaison de trois actions en une. Primo, la tradition des Social Days fut respectée. Plusieurs Leaders furent reconnus comme il se devait. En second lieu, nous eûmes droit à la finale du programme Puissance 4 (P4). Le premier prix fut remporté par Mme Fatoumatou MEMEN, le second prix par Mme Adjo Antoinette LOGBO-AKEY et le troisième prix par Mme Akouélé AKOLLY. Puis comme dernière action une mini graduation eut lieu. Cette mini graduation fut celle sanctionnant la fin du STP Batch 4 qui et celle-ci visait  le renforcement du Système d’Éducation d’Edmark (SEE), encourager les Edmarkers à s’y impliquer davantage puis promouvoir l’utilisation et l’achat des passeports STP.

            Le Social Day en soit fut un évènement d’une grande beauté. La réussite du dit évènement est à mettre à l’actif de tous les Edmarkers qui ont bien voulu faire de cet événement une réussite. Merci á toutes et à tous. 

Social Day 23 July 2011

On Saturday, July 23, the esplanade of Todman Hotel in Lomé, was again selected for the 5^th Social Day in the history of Edmark Togo which will soon celebrate its 1^st anniversary.

This fifth social day had a special allure because it was the combination of three actions in one. First, the tradition of Social Days was observed. Several leaders were recognized as it should be. Second, we attended the monthly finals of the P4 program. The first prize was won by Ms. Fatoumatou MEMEM, the second prize by Mrs. Antoinette Adjo LOGBO-AKEY and third prize by Mrs. Akouélé AKOLLY. Then a mini graduation took place as the last action. This mini graduation was sanctioning the end of STP Batch 4 and it aimed to strengthen the Edmark Education System (EES), encourage Edmarkers to get more involved in the System Training Program and to promote the use and sale of EES passports.

This Social Day was an event of great beauty. The success of this event is to be attributed to all Togo Edmarkers who did their best to make this event a success. Special thanks to you all.

Au Togo Les edmarkers  marquent encore des points

C’était encore un rendez-vous remarquable, cette fois-ci trois événements de grandes tailles se sont déroulés en un seul après midi du social day du 07 mai 2011

Personne ne pouvait s’attendre à l’engouement de la population de Lomé à cet événement. La place de fête de l’Hôtel  TODMAN était pleine, les edmarkers vêtus tous en uniforme du système, les invités étaient tous élégants, les toges de gratification aux couleurs différentes suivant les groupes ont encore arboré la salle de fête d’un autre éclat.

Le personnel d’Edmark Togo, tous bien habillés se sont montré à la hauteur de cet événement UN en Trois, c’est-à-dire en un seul après-midi : trois événements.

Sur la liste des inscrits, il y a eu 136 distributeurs et 79 invités, cette inscription ne reflète pas la réalité dans la salle car, cet événement qui avait pris l’ allure de fête, n’a pas permis à certains distributeurs et invités de faire la queue pour s’inscrire, le nombre réel pouvait dépasser le double des inscrits sur la liste des présences.

Au Togo, le Réseau Edmark, non seulement un réseau d’affaires, marque aussi sa présence dans le renforcement des liens entre les populations par les événements qu’ils organisent, la consolidation des liens de fraternité entre les membres de chaque  STP et entre les différents STP, le renforcement d’amitié entre les distributeurs qui font la thérapie d’amaigrissement en P4 sont les exemples palpables vécus en ce jour du 7 mai 2011.

Monsieur Mr Francis AKAKPO alias « Gongodjie », Maitre de Cérémonie secondé par Mademoiselle GRACE GATERA ont  par un dynamisme à la manière d’Edmark fait vibrer la salle d’une ambiance inédite.

Tout a commencé par les encouragements et félicitations à l’ endroit de ceux qui se sont fait distingués : la première personne à arriver au lieu de fête , c’est  Mme Josephine HOLO qui  a eu cette honneur suivi de celle qui a fait plus d’inscriptions, Mlle Priscille LAWSON-ZANKLI, la meilleure en achats Mme Jocelyne CADASSOU et la plus grande fréquence d’achats  revenu à Mr Salifou GOUNTENI. Cette étape s’est faite suivre par la première partie : LA  RECONNAISSANCE DE NOUVELLES POSITIONS, il faut noter que le Togo a fait un pas remarquable en nombre de Managers, Managers Saphirs et Managers Rubis

Ensuite la deuxième partie était la proclamation des résultats du programme d’amaigrissement Puissance4 (P4) des 12 personnes qui ont participé à ce programme. Durant sept semaines, il y a eu de performances très encourageantes ; Mme Akouele AKOLY a perdu 6,5kg, suivie de Mme Sabine GNAKOUAFRE qui perdu 6kg et Suzana DJAMESSI 5, 5 kg.

Ce programme connait un succès de telle sorte que ceux qui en suivent font de témoignages à couper le souffle sur les effets positifs des produits Edmark.

Après ces deux premières parties, la troisième a été très animée car les trois batch de STP et le T3 qui ont été gradués. Cette graduation  exceptionnelle a connu la présence de la formatrice dynamique Mme GRACE AYEH et du Formateur Maxwell OKYERE.

Le Togo a formé un total de 46 orateurs tous  très dynamiques, mais la rigueur dans la présentation a fait que vingt six soient  retenus. Au sein de ces  orateurs exceptionnels, le Togo dispose maintenant de trois Formateurs des speakers : Francis AKAKPO, David AGBEKOH et Elise AGOH.

Ont été couronnés comme meilleurs en Batch (promotion):

• Meilleur en STP Batch 1 : Kodjo MONTCHO
• Meilleur en STP Batch 2 : Elise AGOH
• Meilleur en STP Batch 3 : Josephine HOLO

Puis par Module :

• Meilleur en Module  MDR : Kodjo MONTCHO
• Meilleur en Module NDT : Céphas LAWSON-ZANKLI
• Meilleure en module  HLS : Félicité KEKU

Et enfin la Meilleure oratrice pour les trois promotions : Mme Elise AGOH

A ce stade, Edmark Togo est suffisamment doté des speakers bien que les demandes de formations ne cessent d’affluer.

Pour la première fois trois événements de tailles en une seule journée, l’ambiance a été au comble de telle sorte que l’assistance n’a pas remarqué le temps qui avançait  il fallait négocier la clôture de la journée, et pour certains Speakers  la fête a été est poursuivie ailleurs.

It was another remarkable appointment, this time three large sized events occurred in a single afternoon of the May 7, 2011 Social Day
Nobody could expect the keen interest of the population of Lome in the event. The place of celebration of the Todman Hotel was full with edmarkers dressed in system uniform, elegant guests  and the STP in graduation robes with different colors depending on the groups which sported the party room with radiance.

Edmark Togo’s Staffs were all well dressed for  this three in one event.
On the entry list, there were 136 distributors and 79 guests but such registration does not reflect reality in the room because this event had the look of celebration and did not allow some distributors and guests to queue to be registered, the actual number could exceed twice the listed attendance.

In Togo, the Edmark Network marketing is  not just a business but also marks its presence in the strengthening of ties between people through the organized events, consolidate the bonds of brotherhood among members and among STP and strengthening friendship between the distributors that make P4 weight-loss therapy which are palpable examples experienced on this day of May 7, 2011.
Mr. Francis AKAKPO alias “Gongodjie” Master of Ceremonies assisted by Miss Grace GATERA had a dynamism in the manner of Edmark that shook the room with a unique atmosphere.

It all started with the encouragement and congratulations to those who have been distinguished: the early bird, Mrs. Josephine HOLO followed by the highest number of registrations, Miss Priscilla Lawson-ZANKLI, the highest sales, Mrs. Jocelyne CADASSOU and highest frequency of purchases  to Mr. Salifou GOUNTENI. This preliminary step done, followed the first part: THE RECOGNITION. It should be noted that Togo has  a remarkable number of new Managers, Sapphire Managers and Ruby Managers

Then the second part was the announcement of the results of weight loss program Power 4 (P4) of the 12 people who participated in this program. For seven weeks, there have been very encouraging performances, Mrs. Akouele AKOLY lost 6.5 kg, followed by Sabine GNAKOUAFRE who lost 6kg and Suzana DJAMESSI 5, 5 kg.
This program is a success in such a way that those who follow are testimony to breathe on the positive effects of Edmark products.

After these first two parts, the third was very lively because the three batches of STP and the T3 have been graduated. This scale had the exceptional presence of dynamic trainer Ms. GRACE Ayeh and the Master Trainer Maxwell OKYERE.

Togo has trained a total of 46 speakers all very dynamic, but the due to the rigor in the presentations only twenty six were retained. Among  these exceptional speakers, Togo now has three Trainers of speakers: Francis AKAKPO, David AGBEKOH and Elise AGOH.

• Best in NDT Module: Cephas LAWSON-ZANKLI
• Best in HLS Module: Félicité Keku
And finally The  Best speaker for the three batches: Mrs. Elise AGOH
At this stage, Edmark Togo is sufficiently equipped with  speakers while the demands of courses keep coming.

For the first time, three events in a single day, the atmosphere was at its height in such a way that the assistance did not notice that time progressed it was necessary to negotiate the end of the event, and for some Speakers the feast continued elsewhere.
